How We Approach Our Mission

Generis International adopts a comprehensive strategy to achieve our mission of promoting educational opportunities for vulnerable children. We partner with local authorities, community members, educational institutions, and elders to develop critical educational infrastructure, such as schools and libraries. Our support also includes providing uniforms, school supplies, teacher aids, and salaries where necessary.

Recognizing the crucial role women play in children’s lives in these regions, we have launched the Light to Read Women’s Literacy Program. This initiative empowers illiterate women by teaching them reading, writing, and numeracy skills, enabling them to support their children’s education effectively.

Additionally, we offer financial assistance to women in local communities, helping them invest in projects that allow them to acquire essential educational supplies for their children. Moreover, we work with community elders to address issues like hunger and cultural barriers that impede children’s education.
